CityFix Snap it Send it is a mobile application designed for reporting various issues in the City of North Vancouver, such as potholes, graffiti, and malfunctioning street lights. This app allows users to report problems in real-time using GPS technology, ensuring precise location details for accurate reporting.
By simply taking a photo of the issue and filling out a brief form, users can effortlessly submit their reports through the CityFix Snap it Send it app. Once submitted, a City Staff member will be assigned to address the reported problem, and users can conveniently track the progress of their reported issues within the app.
